Welcome to our page which presents you our accommodation offer and tourist offer of the town Novalja. The most beautiful thing this town has to offer are the long beaches, as well as many bars, restaurants and sports-recreation facilities. In our household we offer you accommodation in two objects with capacity of twelve apartments of different sizes and one bungalow. On our page we shall present you a part of offer which will hopefully interest you enough to decide to spend your holiday under warm Novalja sun.

Apartments Milka Novalja Accommodation offer

In apartment building we rent 8 apartments of different sizes, most of which are equipped with air-condition, Wi-Fi and TV/SAT. In front of the building there is a parking lot with large garden in which children can play, and a big barbecue with table and benches. All apartments have sea view. The public beach on which you can swim without paying is only 150-200m away from the building. Apartments are located in peaceful part of Novalja, which is connected to the town with a bus line (200 m) and close enough to all events in the town. If you wish you can walk to the town centre, which will take you about 15-20 minutes, or you can decide to stop in one of the restaurants along the sea and have a romantic dinner. You can also just simply sit by the sea and watch the sunset.

Studio apartments Milka Novalja

Studio apartments are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi signal. They are located near Novalja centre and only about 100m from the sea. In one room there is equipped kitchen and bed for two persons (double bed). Each studio apartment has a bathroom with toilet and a shower. Very near the building there is the town beach and restaurants. Each studio apartment has a secured parking place. Nearest bust stop is 200m away. Studio apartments are located at Kneza Branimira Street No. 10.

Bungalow

Bungalow is a separate object i.e. a small house in the vicinity of the centre and with a view over the sea. It has its own terrace and a parking spot. The accommodation in the bungalow is appropriate for three people.

There are only a few places on the Adriatic like Novalja that are surrounded by lots of beautiful natural beaches. Whether you go north or south of Novalja, you'll reach one of these magnificent beaches, which will provide you with perfect comfort and relaxation. The beaches are wide, sand and shingle, with clear water and excellent access to the sea, which in turn makes them particularly suitable for families with children. They are located 1-3 km from Novalja, forming a ring around it. All the beaches can be reached by car and have parking areas. Most popular beach is Zrce beach.
